Great quality, just a bit thick for my preference
"I’ve been using the RNWY Complete Protein and overall I’m really impressed. It sits well with me, no stomach issues, and you can tell it’s a high-quality product. It’s been a solid addition to my routine, especially with my training. The only thing I’d point out is the texture. For my personal preference, it’s a bit on the thicker side, especially if you don’t add enough liquid. I’ve found that adding a little more water helps a lot. Overall, great protein, easy on digestion, and definitely something I’d recommend."

Finally a complete plant based protein!
"I am a breastfeeding mom, and this was a game changer for my training and my milk supply. I was struggling to get enough protein to support training and my supply was tanking before I added this in after my runs. It might be just the good quality nutrition, or it might be the brewers yeast supporting milk production, but either way I'm doing much better. I am also on a plant based diet so I love that it's a complete protein! This is a staple in my training plan now."
