The Science
Clinically-studied compounds across the RNWY lineup
Proprietary blends. Every dose disclosed on the label
Products, zero overlapping ingredients
Informed Sport certified. Every batch tested
The proprietary blend problem
"Proprietary blend" usually means "we won't tell you the dose."
Most supplement labels list a blend of ingredients with a single combined weight and no breakdown of how much of each compound is actually inside. That matters because almost every ingredient on a label has a minimum effective dose found in research. Below that dose, you're paying for a marketing claim, not an effect.*
RNWY does the opposite. Every active ingredient in every product is listed with its exact amount per serving and that amount matches what was used in the studies we're citing. If we can't dose something at the level research supports, we don't include it.*
This page exists so you can verify every claim yourself. Each ingredient below includes its dose, what it's studied for, and which RNWY product contains it.
How RNWY formulates
Start with the research
We identify the dose used in peer-reviewed studies for each compound, not the dose that's cheapest to include.*
Disclose every gram
No blends. Every active ingredient is listed individually on the Supplement Facts panel with its exact amount.
Eliminate overlap
Each of the four products is formulated to do a distinct job so stacking them never means doubling up on the same compound.*
Third-party verify
Every product is Informed Sport certified. Every batch is tested for banned substances by an independent lab.

Common questions about the science
What does "clinically dosed" actually mean? +
It means the amount of an ingredient in the product matches the amount used in the peer-reviewed studies that found it effective. Many supplements include an ingredient at a fraction of its studied dose: enough to list on the label, not enough to produce the effect the research describes. Every active ingredient in RNWY products is listed individually with its exact dose so this can be verified against the published research.*
What's the difference between FORTIGEL® and regular collagen? +
FORTIGEL® is a specific bioactive collagen peptide manufactured by GELITA with its own body of clinical research showing it stimulates cartilage tissue regeneration. Generic hydrolyzed collagen (the kind found in most collagen powders) has not been studied in the same way. The evidence is for the specific compound, not for "collagen" as a category.*
Why does Salty Carbs® use two types of carbohydrate? +
Glucose-based carbs like maltodextrin absorb through the SGLT1 transporter, which has a ceiling of roughly 60g per hour. Fructose absorbs through a separate transporter, GLUT5. Combining the two at the 1:0.8 ratio used in Salty Carbs® raises total carbohydrate absorption without overloading either pathway, which is why dual-carb formulas are associated with less GI distress at high intake rates.*
Is Dynamine™ or TeaCrine® the same as caffeine? +
No. Both are purine alkaloids structurally related to caffeine, but they act on different receptors and have different research profiles. Dynamine™ has a fast onset (around 15 minutes) and TeaCrine® has a longer half-life with research showing no tolerance buildup over repeated daily use. Neither contains caffeine, which is why Extra Mile® can be labeled caffeine-free.*
Why is the creatine dose 5g and not higher? +
5g of creatine monohydrate per day is the dose used in the overwhelming majority of clinical research on creatine, including studies on strength, power output, and recovery. It's an evidence-based dose rather than a marketing number. Higher doses haven't shown proportionally greater benefit in most research and may simply be excreted.*
What does Informed Sport certification actually test for? +
Informed Sport is an independent, batch-by-batch testing program that screens for substances banned by major sporting bodies (WADA-listed substances). Every production run of every RNWY product is tested by an accredited lab before it's released. It is not just a one-time formula approval.
Can I take all four RNWY products together? +
Yes. The four products were formulated together specifically so there's no ingredient overlap. Foundation® (daily), Extra Mile® (pre-workout), Salty Carbs® (intra-workout), and Complete Protein (post-workout) each cover a distinct role with no duplicated compounds across any combination.*
