Our Story
Where it started
We wanted to take the right things. Not just before a race, but for a lifetime of training.
RNWY started with a question we couldn't shake: what would it actually take to keep running, riding, and training for decades…not just to survive this season, but to still be doing this at 60? The answer wasn't another combination of random supplements. It was joints, tendons, and hydration that could keep up with the miles. That became Foundation®.
Once Foundation® was right, dosed at levels the research actually supports, with nothing hidden in a blend, the rest of the system followed. Extra Mile®, Salty Carbs®, and Complete Protein were built to cover the rest of an athlete's day without ever duplicating what was already there. What started as one product built for the long game became four, built the same way.
What we knew had to be true
Every dose disclosed
No proprietary blends. If an ingredient is on the label, the amount is too.
Doses that match the research
If we can't include something at the level studies say works, we leave it out entirely.
A system, not a shelf of random products
Four products built together so nothing overlaps and nothing is missing.
Third-party tested, not just claimed
Informed Sport certification on every product. Every batch checked by an independent lab.
What RNWY stands for
Four principles that shape every formula, label, and decision we make.*
Who this is for
If you've ever read a supplement label and thought "what does that actually mean” RNWY is for you.
We built RNWY for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and anyone else who trains consistently and wants their nutrition to be as deliberate as their training plan.*
You don't have to be elite. You just have to care about what you're putting in your body and want a straight answer about why it's there.*
Marathon & ultra runners
Logging high mileage week after week and need fueling and recovery that actually keeps pace.
Cyclists & triathletes
Managing long sessions across disciplines, where every product needs to earn its place in the bag.
Label readers
Athletes who check ingredient lists, look up doses, and want their supplements to hold up to scrutiny.*
Anyone playing the long game
Training for years, not just a single season… and building habits that actually hold up over time.
About RNWY
What does RNWY make? +
RNWY makes four performance nutrition products designed as one system for endurance athletes: Extra Mile® (caffeine-free pre-workout), Salty Carbs® (dual-pathway intra-workout fuel), Complete Protein (fermented yeast protein with creatine), and Foundation® (daily collagen and electrolyte support). Each product covers a distinct part of an athlete's day with no overlapping ingredients.
Where are RNWY products made? +
Manufactured in the USA.
Is RNWY a real, independently-tested brand? +
Yes. Every RNWY product is Informed Sport certified, meaning every production batch is tested by an independent lab for substances banned in competitive sport, not just a one-time formula review. Full ingredient breakdowns for every product are available on our Science page.
Why doesn't RNWY use proprietary blends? +
Proprietary blends list a combined weight for a group of ingredients without disclosing how much of each is included. Because most active ingredients have a minimum effective dose established in research, this makes it impossible to know whether a product can actually do what it claims. RNWY lists every active ingredient individually with its exact amount, dosed to match the research behind it.*
How do I get started with RNWY? +
The Daily Essentials Bundle (Foundation® + Complete Protein) is the simplest starting point. Two products covering daily joint support and post-workout recovery. Athletes who train more than a few hours a week often move to the full Performance Stack, which adds Extra Mile® and Salty Carbs® and makes for one easy order.
