Complete Protein already contains the full clinical dose of 5g creatine monohydrate per serving. If you switch to Complete Protein as your daily protein, you can drop the separate creatine supplement. Taking both would mean doubling up unnecessarily, though a short-term overlap isn't harmful for most people. If you have questions specific to your health, check with your doctor.
