FAQs
Why is Extra Mile caffeine-free?
Most pre-workouts use caffeine as a shortcut. Extra Mile is caffeine-free by design because many athletes already have caffeine in their routine, because caffeine builds tolerance fast, and because it disrupts sleep when taken too late in the day. Instead, Extra Mile uses Dynamine™ and TeaCrine® for clean, sustained mental energy without the crash, plus L-Citrulline, beetroot, elevATP®, and Senactiv® to address the actual physiology of endurance performance.*
What do Dynamine™ and TeaCrine® actually do?
Dynamine™ (Methylliberine) is a fast-acting alkaloid that activates dopamine receptors and blocks adenosine, the compound responsible for fatigue signals. It delivers rapid mental clarity and energy, typically within 15 minutes. TeaCrine® (Theacrine) is structurally similar to caffeine but with a longer half-life and no tolerance buildup so it extends the energy window that Dynamine™ opens. Together they provide sustained focus throughout your session without the crash.*
Can I take Extra Mile if I already drink coffee?
Yes! This is exactly why we made it caffeine-free. Extra Mile is designed to work with your existing caffeine habits, not against them. Take your morning coffee as usual, then mix up Extra Mile 20–30 minutes before your session. No risk of over-caffeinating, no jitters from stacking stimulants.*
Can I take Extra Mile in the afternoon or evening?
Yes. Because Extra Mile contains zero caffeine, it won't interfere with sleep regardless of when you take it. This makes it one of the only pre-workouts suitable for athletes who train after work or in the evening.*
What is elevATP® and what does it do?
elevATP® is a patented ingredient combining ancient peat extract and apple polyphenols. It has been clinically studied for its ability to increase endogenous ATP production, adenosine triphosphate, the primary energy currency your cells use during exercise. Studies show it supports peak power output and explosive performance during high-intensity efforts.*
Can I stack Extra Mile with other RNWY products?
Yes! The full RNWY stack is designed to work together. Take Foundation in the morning, Extra Mile 20–30 minutes before training, Salty Carbs during sessions lasting 60+ minutes, and Complete Protein post-workout. There are no conflicts across any combination.*

No jitters, just good energy

"I’ve never really taken pre-workout before because most of them give me jitters or a weird crash, so I usually avoid them. This one feels totally different. The energy feels really smooth and focused, not overwhelming at all. It’s been especially nice on harder workouts when I want a little extra boost without feeling wired."

Threw up three times on my long run

"I used it and threw up three times on my run. The watermelon is overwhelming and the overall experience of it was sick-making. To give it a fair chance, I tried it a second day and same fail. It's too much. Do not recommend."

"Absolutely love this product. It helps me focus on my runs and gives me an extra boost since I mostly stick to no caffeine before runs because of GI issues. Love the sour watermelon flavor."
